Certain types of seaweed that grow in Curaçao are used to make medicines.

Bats

There are several kinds of bats on the island.
The Noctilio leporinus can also be found here. It eats fish and lives in tropical areas like the Caribbean, South of Veracruz, Mexico, Northern Argentina and Southeast Brazil.
